Jumping fitness classes are typically held on specially designed trampolines that provide a low-impact yet highly effective workout. Participants engage in a series of dynamic and rhythmic movements, including jumps, twists, kicks, and squats, all performed on the trampoline surface. The incorporation of upbeat music adds to the energetic atmosphere, making each session both enjoyable and motivating.
